To be eligible, applicants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a verifiable source of income
• Be able to live independently without medical supervision
• Agree to follow house rules and community standards
• Complete the application and screening process

No. Harbor Legacy Living is not a medical facility, assisted living facility, or licensed treatment center.
We do not provide medical care, therapy, clinical services, or medication management. Because we are an independent living program, residents must be able to manage their own daily activities, personal care, and outside medical appointments.
We are unable to accommodate individuals who require 24-hour medical care, active clinical supervision, or intensive treatment services.
